タクシー・ハイヤー車内での嘔吐等により汚損が発生した場合、清掃・脱臭等の対応が必要となり、営業の継続が困難となる場合がございます。
その際は、「一般乗用旅客自動車運送事業運送約款 第10条」に基づき、車内クリーニング・営業損害金として20,000円（税込）をご負担いただきます。
また、車内設備の破損等が発生した場合には、修繕費用を別途ご請求させていただく場合がございます。

Notice Regarding Cleaning and Compensation Charges
Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
In the event that the interior of a taxi or hired vehicle is soiled due to vomiting or similar incidents, cleaning and deodorizing will be required, and the vehicle may be taken out of service.
In such cases, in accordance with Article 10 of the General Conditions of Carriage for Passenger Transportation Business, a fee of JPY 20,000 (tax included) will be charged to cover interior cleaning and loss of business.
In addition, if any damage to vehicle equipment occurs, repair costs may be charged separately.
